What you get
- The finished walkthrough, at the resolution agreed in the scope.
- A vertical or square cut for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
- A lighter copy that sends over email and messaging apps.
- High-resolution stills for brochures, listings and site boards.
- The finish and material list the render was built from.
- Project files, where the scope says so before work starts.
What shapes the quote
There is no list price: tell us the budget and the scope is shaped to fit it. These move the number.
- Spaces the camera visits
- Every room is modelled, dressed and lit on its own.
- Running time
- Rendering is machine time, charged frame by frame.
- Finish detail
- Marble, glass, water and metal take longer to light.
- Whether the design exists
- Choosing finishes as we go is design work too.
- Bespoke furniture
- A custom piece is modelled from scratch.
- The view outside
- Everything the camera sees through the glass gets modelled.
- Revisions
- Cheap at the grey model; costly after final frames.
- Turnaround
- A tight deadline adds machines and hands.
Questions
- What do you need from me?
- Floor plans with measured dimensions and ceiling heights, plus elevations and a finish schedule if they exist. Without drawings, a measured sketch works. Anything missing becomes an assumption, and assumptions are what get corrected late.
- Do I need an interior designer first?
- Someone has to decide what the space looks like. With a designer, we visualise their specification. Without one, those decisions are made during the project, which is design work and changes the timeline and the quote. Tell us which when you get in touch.
- How long does a walkthrough take?
- The number of spaces, the finish detail and the running time set the calendar. One plain room and a full development flythrough are different jobs. The delivery date is agreed at the scope stage, before modelling starts.
- Who owns the video and the project files?
- The finished video and stills are yours to use in your own marketing. The scene files, models and lighting set-up are a separate agreement: if you want them, have it written into the scope before work starts.
