MAGIK Creative / Events

An event day that runs itself.

Weddings, corporate events and birthdays, planned to your budget and run on the day.

A bride and groom dance on a candlelit floor at an evening reception, under strings of lights, with guests seated at tables of red flowers and a floodlit hill behind them.

  • A named coordinator and an on-site team on the day.
What shapes the quote

There is no list price: tell us the budget and the scope is shaped to fit it. These move the number.

Guest count
Catering, seating, hire and staff all scale with it.
Days and ceremonies
Each ceremony is its own set-up, crew and timeline.
The venue
A bare space needs power, furniture and facilities brought in.
Vendors under management
Each one is a contract, a deposit and a delivery to hold.
Décor and flowers
A top table and a ceiling installation are different work.
Catering format
Plated service needs more staff than a buffet.
Date and season
Saturdays, public holidays and December cost the most.
Distance from Abuja
Travel, accommodation and a longer set-up.
Questions
How far ahead should we book?
It depends on the date. Venues, caterers and photographers book out months ahead, and Saturdays, public holidays and December go first. Short notice narrows the list of suppliers still free on your date.
What do you need before planning starts?
The date, the guest count, the budget ceiling and who approves decisions. If a venue or a vendor is already booked, tell us what was agreed and what has been paid.
Can we use our own vendors?
Yes. They are folded into the plan and the timeline like any other supplier, and take their schedule from us, so one person holds the day together. Their contracts and terms stay yours.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
The team on site handles it while the day carries on: a late supplier, a power cut, rain. Planning removes single points of failure in advance, with a standby generator, a wet-weather layout and a second contact for every supplier.
