Terms of use.

This website is run by Magik Multimedia Solutions, a creative and tech company based in Abuja, Nigeria. You can reach us by phone on 0901 993 6852, by WhatsApp on 070 3440 2583, by email at magikmultimedia@gmail.com, or at our office at 225 UND Street, Apo Mechanic Estate, Abuja.

These terms cover your use of this website only: looking around it, reading it and sending the enquiry form. They do not cover any project, campaign or system you hire us to make.

If you become a client, the scope, price and terms of that work are set out separately, in a written proposal or contract that you and we both agree to. That document covers the work. This page does not.

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please reach us another way instead: phone, WhatsApp and email all stay open to you, and using them does not depend on anything written here.

Everything on this site, including descriptions of our services, rough figures, explanations of how we work and the pages about our work, is there to inform you. None of it is an offer you can accept, and nothing on the site is a contract on its own.

A quote or a contract only exists once we have sent it to you in writing and you have told us that you accept it.

Any figure, timeline or scope shown on this site, where one appears at all, is a rough guide, not a quote. We prefer to shape the scope and the price around your budget once we understand what you need, rather than read them off a fixed list, so most service pages describe the work instead of pricing it.

The one exception is the Digital Football Academy page, which shows its current price: 20,000 Naira as a one-time enrolment fee, plus 3,000 Naira a month for ongoing coaching. Enrolling at that price gives you access to the curriculum and the coaching only.

Scholarships are awarded to the best-performing video submissions after course completion, and are not guaranteed to every student. Enrolment secures curriculum and coaching access, not a scholarship. No scholarship, trial, club placement or contract is guaranteed to any student who enrols, however hard they work and however far they get in the course.

If the price or terms on that page ever change, what is published there at the time is what applies, not what is written here.

The design, layout, code and writing on this website, and the Magik Multimedia Solutions name and logo, belong to Magik Multimedia Solutions unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to look at any page and to share a link to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse the site's design, code or writing anywhere else, or for another business purpose, without asking us first.

Client work shown on the site, including the Tuta Force film made for Jubaili Agrotec, and any client logo, still belongs to that client or brand owner. It is here to show work we have done, not for you to copy or reuse.

When you use this site, please do not:

• try to get into any system connected to it without permission
• add harmful code to it, or try to stop it working properly
• copy its content in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools
• give false details in the enquiry form to hide who you are

We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

Some pages link to other websites, for instance WhatsApp, or a map search for our office address. We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for what is on them, for their terms, or for what they do with any information you give them once you have left ours.

We aim to keep this website running and up to date, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may take it offline for maintenance, or it may go down for reasons outside our control, without warning.

This website and everything on it are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Magik Multimedia Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, or from not being able to use it. That includes any loss from relying on a rough figure, or on content that we later correct or change.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to remove or limit.

We may update this page from time to time, as the site, our services or the law change. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies to you, so it is worth a quick look if you have not visited for a while.

These terms are covered by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute about your use of this website will be dealt with by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
