Developing more than players.

A preparation pathway for footballers who want to learn, improve and be considered for opportunities through a clear, selective process.

Explore the pathway
Guardian first for every player under 18

The player journey / Five stages

From first step
to what comes next.

  1. Discover

    Tell us where you play.

A parent or guardian registers first for any player under 18.

    With you at this stage

    • Player
    • Parent or guardian
    Register interest

  2. Assess

    We watch before we advise.

A coach watches the player's match video and says honestly where they stand.

    With you at this stage

    • Player
    • Parent or guardian
    • Coach

  3. Develop

    Habits make the player.

The Digital Football Academy: a self-paced course with monthly coaching.

    With you at this stage

    • Player
    • Parent or guardian
    • Coach
    The academy

  4. Connect

The right introductions, never without a guardian.

Only where there is a genuine fit.

    With you at this stage

    • Player
    • Parent or guardian
    • Coach

  5. Progress

The next step is earned, not promised.

We plan it together with the family.

    With you at this stage

    • Player
    • Parent or guardian

We don’t draw the destination.

At sunset on a training ground, a coach reviews a hand-drawn tactics sheet with a young player, other players training in the background.
